DOCUMENT SHARING

Google Docs is google's online office suite application
It allows one to read and write documents , spreadsheets presentations .Google docs' word processing features all the basic featureone would expect from a word processor , including the ability to bold , italicize and underline texts , creat lists , insert tables , even a spell check facility that supports over 30 diffent languages which is considerably more generous than microsft who have extra dictionaries available , but only for purchase .
Google Docs sports Google's familiar spartan , yet functional , design . You will not find any graphical bells and whistles here just the basics that you need to make everything work !
Document version control allows multiple users to collaborate on a single document and track the changes simply and effectvely . Documents shared on the Share Point Server are easilly accessible through your web browser from inside or outside the office
Having said that, there are several problems of Google Docs, one being the inability to work offline. In order to work on documents an internet connection is necessary. The features are also basic and simple, which more tech savvy users may dislike. Other programs have more advanced features that allow the user to fully customize their ducuments and spreadsheets. Furtheremore, it is only supported by Internet Explorer version 6 or never, Firefox version 1.07 or never( not including Firefox 3), and Safari 3.1 oe never. No other servers support Google Docs. Also, images with dimensions greater than 2000 pixels can not be uploaded.
